Mission Statement
The American labor force is more transitory than ever before. Loyalty
has been weakened by years of down sizing, mergers and technology shifts not
to mention a very tight labor market!
Employee retention is inextricably related to recruitment. How an organization
recruits can contribute to employee retention! With this in mind we feel effective
communication enhances retention. The successful recruiter has the ability
to communicate career potential and is skilled at matching the right individual
with the right opportunity.
We
can accomplish this by:
Developing concise profiles of exactly who the ideal candidate would be and
not just who could do the job! From the employer's point of view we gain
a thorough understanding of who would be ideal for the position. Clearly
not everyone is or will be ideal but for the right candidate this portrait
will be highly motivational.
Effectively communicating company and departmental culture. We do not just
address company culture. People don't just work in companies; they
work in departments and teams. They may fit a company culture perfectly
but the department may be a very different story.
