  • Aggressive Pursuit of Excellent Candidates - We are always on the look out for excellent, qualified candidates and this Web Site is only one, of many different venues, we utilize to find just the right candidate you are seeking.

  • Reference Checking of Candidates - As part of our pre-review process we will verify as many of the candidates references as is physically and legally possible. We will maintain the highest level of confidentiality so that the candidate's privacy is not invaded and that you are provided with a comfort level that this has been completed.

  • Certification Review - Since many of our candidates have obtained various Certifications we will verify as many of these documents as possible. We will insure that the proper association or group has awarded them and are currently valid.

  • Skill Set Review Prior to Recommendation - Many of the positions you are looking to fill require a very special set of skill sets. If this is the case we will review your requirements and expectations against the candidates skill set to insure there is a compatible match.

  • Personality Checking - In today's work place there is a definite need to provide candidates that can work in your environment. For this reason our associates will attempt to understand your firm's culture and working environment so that this can be discussed frankly and honestly with the candidate. Likewise each candidate brings a set of desires and expectations with them and it would not be wise to match them with an incompatible corporate culture.

  • Compensation Review of the Position - We will assist your HR department by providing an assessment of any new or existing positions that you request be filled, with any information we have available about salary and/or benefits in the related area. This particular issue can change dramatically in the market place and if you are not made aware of these changes you could be missing out one the most qualified individuals.

  • Summary Analysis of the Candidate - At the time of recommendation to you of a candidate we will provide you with a concise management summary analysis of the candidate. This summary will be supplied along with the resume and the recommended job that we are submitting the candidate for. You will have all the necessary tools to evaluate the candidate and proceed with the interview and the resulting decision making process.

  • We feel so strongly about our expertise in pre-reviewing our candidates that we offer you the following guarantee: Childs, Smith & Associates will replace any candidate who leaves his or her position for any reason except reduction in force, within 90 days of the day he/she began work, provided the employer notifies our firm within 5 business days of the termination.
