Job Title: Project Manager

Salary Range : 110000 to 125000

Location: Southeast

 

7 YEARS DOING GLOBAL ROLL OUT, PAYING IN THE 115K TO 135K RANGE. TRAVEL 100% TO ROLL OUT SITES

 

Must have at least five to seven years of relevant work experience, which should include experience as a project manager overseeing large IT implementations. Bachelor degree required. Requires leadership abilities and above average problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.  Must be customer service oriented, self-disciplined, flexible and adaptable. Some travel, both International and Domestic may be required (should have current passport).

 

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

·      Develops, clarifies and manages the scope of the project, defines contract deliverables and achieves targeted outcomes.

·      Ensure project requirements are achieved in a timely fashion and within budget guidelines.

·      Assembles project team, identifies needed resources, assigns responsibilities and develops timeframes to facilitate successful completion of project activities and deliverables.

·      Determines project costs/ensures delivery on time and within budgetary guidelines.

·      Ensures compatibility and consistency with existing architectural and enterprise standards.

·      Performs cost/benefit analysis of actions and initiatives.

·      Identify and manage risk associated with the project

·      Delegate responsibilities to team members and external consultants

·      Coordinate research, planning and implementation of software patches and fixes.

·      Research and solve problems

·      Facilitate root cause analysis on problems where appropriate, and identify action items/recommendations to address issues.

·        Assess requirements and translate them into plans

·        Maintain documentation and lessons learned, best practices, and quality improvement documentation

·        Determine timeframes for deliverables

·        Provide functional expertise and consultation to the users

·        Working with the technical staff, design interfaces with other Oracle and non Oracle applications

·        Communicate status of work to appropriate senior manager

·        Ensure user needs are met

·        Responsible for other duties assigned by the VP of IT

·        Ability to multi-task and perform in an interrupt driven environment

·        Work with international counterparts.
