Manager Talent Acquisition/Talent Management
Summary
Responsible for developing, implementing and
performing the Recruitment function for the entire health system. Must work
closely and collaboratively with Department Directors, including the CNO, to
develop the recruitment plan, gain support and troubleshoot concerns.
Effectively manages a pipeline of qualified candidates and establishes
relationships with various schools and community organizations. Tracks and
communicates all metrics associated with Recruitment. Works with the marketing
department to brand the Coliseum Health System image and effectively market open
positions.
Essential Duties
- Review, interpret and understand open
positions across CHS by working closely with department directors/managers
and HR within the facilities.
- Consult
with clients to provide staffing solutions and resolve customer service
issues.
- Development of annual staffing plan and create
a predictable staffing model.
- Prepare and present accurate staffing-related
statistics and data including time to fill, turnover, sourcing, pipelines,
projections, etc.
- Work closely with Marketing Department in the
Employment Branding and marketing campaign.
- Research and locate
potential candidates for current and future positions, maintain and increase
pipeline of candidates using databases, internet research, documentation and
follow-up communication.
- Provide information on the company, its policies, benefits, and
available opportunities
- Conduct recruitment calls
using cold call, warm call and networking methods.
- Contact candidates to
conduct phone interviews and sell opportunities and benefits of working with
CHS. .
- Interviews applicants via phone and gathers information regarding
certifications, license(s), experience, training, skills, locations,
duration of assignmetns prefered and compensation requirements.
- Review all background information on prospective candidates and matches
that information with the current assignments.
- Arrange interviews,
reference checking, background checks for candidates in various stages of
the recruitment process.
- Communicate consistently
with directors/managers, HR, and candidates throughout the recruitment
process.
- Close the candidate on location(s) and re-confirm initial negotiated
figures
- Extend
offers of employment and complete necessary hiring paperwork. Participated in the integration
processes, on-boarding, and culture integration.
- Develop Best Practices
policies and procedures for recruiting and retention
Requirements
- Bachelor’s
Degree with 5 plus years of experience in recruitment – desire a mix of
agency and corporate/internal recruiting knowledge.
- Proven ability in the
successful use of direct and indirect methods of recruitment.
- Experience with staff
planning and strategy.
- Ability to build rapport
with candidates and clients.
- Highly tuned
interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational
and planning skills.
- Experience
using alternative sourcing methods, with a focus on social media and
networking tools.
- Demonstrated
success in taking a consultative approach with internal clients
- High
Energy - This is a very fast pace position.
- Resilience
- Must be able to handle a high level of rejection and dealing with
competiting agendas.
- Closing
Skills- Must have a proven record of closing candidates.

Solving Ability- Must have excellent problem solving skills. You will solve
