Job Description Finance Director Major Accounts – Mid Atlantic $120k plus bonus


Job Summary:
Finance Position supporting Major Account Sales, Product and Pricing groups. Responsible for financial planning and forecasting, sales measurement, business cases, profitability and trend analyses and providing financial support to sales and product management.

Reports To Sr. VP of Finance


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Create Business/Sales Plans requiring a high degree of coordination amongst various regional sales units.
2. Design/Implement processes to track and monitor business and sales performance
3. Create Metrics/Ratios to provide insight to management on business performance
4. Measure actual performance vs. planned performance and report to management.
5. Work with Products and Pricing Team to create Business Cases for new products/territories.
6. Work on ad-hoc projects as determined by management.

Job Specifications & Knowledge:
Demonstrated knowledge of financial concepts.

Education/Experience:
4 yr accounting/finance degree
MBA preferred
7+ years of relevant finance experience
Broad exposure to finance and business issues
