|
Tax
director has primary responsibility for managing the forecasting of tax
provisions and tax reserves on the Company's books and records. Other
responsibilities include preparation of the tax footnote and any other tax
related disclosures in the Company's SEC filings, proper reporting of
current and deferred income tax liabilities, as well as the recording of
the tax provision and the proper balance sheet classification. Candidate
must stay updated on all new accounting pronouncements as they relate to
the tax accounting area. This position will also be the key liaison with
the external auditors. In addition, this candidate will support two direct
reports.
