SAP HR Analyst

 

Permanent position (contract to hire, perhaps)

 

 

 

 

SAP HR Business Analyst, primary skillset in Time Management, but prefer cand. w/ multiple module experience, (will list additional modules below)

 

Time Related qualifications:

- full lifecycle implementation(s), with integration with SAP payroll -configuration of all areas within time management (work schedules, holiday calendars, absences, quotas, selection rules, wage type generation, features, etc)

- time management with time evaluation, with clock times, and without clock times.

- schema support, including writing rules, editing rules, Personnel Calculation rules

- ongoing support experience for time management

- end user training exp.

- knowledge of user exits, reporting, and troubleshooting.

 

Additional HR modules and experience preferred:

- benefits

- personnel administration

- organizational management

- enterprise compensation management

-reporting and ad-hoc query

- ALE

- payroll

- authorizations
